Choose a board that suits the gift program
Corporate gifts, hospitality events and promotional campaigns can have different size and presentation needs. Start with a real catalog item and explain how the gift will be handed out or shipped. For mixed designs, list quantities separately so production, decoration and packing can be assessed accurately.
The regular MOQ is 500 pieces per item. Selected standard models may be reviewed for 100–300-piece trials at a higher unit price. Mixed orders totaling USD 4,000 are negotiable, subject to an item-level review; neither route guarantees that every design is available in a small run.
Make the laser artwork readable on the material
Provide a vector logo, intended engraving size and placement. Fine details and the natural appearance of bamboo or acacia need to be evaluated on a sample. Confirm the artwork and sample result before the full batch rather than relying only on a digital mock-up.
Default packing is shrinkwrap + color paper / sleeve. A gift sleeve, printed box or other retail presentation is quoted separately. If several designs share one package, identify how the correct product and artwork will be distinguished during packing.
Request quantity tiers and work back from the event
Ask for tiered quotations at your realistic volume options and identify the same specification for each tier. This makes the cost effect of quantity easier to compare. We do not publish a universal discount ladder because material, board format, logo work and packing all affect the quotation.
State the event date and required arrival date separately. Sample approval, artwork approval, production and freight each need time. Lead time and transport feasibility are confirmed for the order; a deadline in an enquiry is not an accepted delivery commitment.

HUADA is a manufacturer, not a trading company. OEM/ODM logo, dimensions and packaging options are available subject to product review and sample approval.

Can different board designs be combined for an event?
Send the item numbers, quantities and artwork for each design. Mixed orders totaling USD 4,000 can be discussed, but the assortment and quantity per item require approval.
Do you offer tiered quotations?
Yes, request quotations for your proposed quantity tiers with the same product, logo and packing specification. Prices are calculated for the project rather than promised through a general discount table.
Can you guarantee delivery before our event?
We must review the required arrival date, sample and artwork approvals, production plan and freight route first. A delivery date becomes a commitment only when confirmed for the order.
How are samples, payment and lead time agreed?
Sample cost and timing are confirmed after reviewing the item and any customization. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit, balance against B/L copy. Production lead time is confirmed against the approved sample, artwork, packing and order quantity.
What factory and shipping information can I review?
HUADA has 30,000+ m², 160+ workers and 20+ years of manufacturing experience. Review current FSC, amfori BSCI and ISO 14001 documents for their applicable scope. Send your destination and requested FOB or CIF basis for a shipment-specific quotation.
