Three order routes, with clear limits
Regular production starts at 500 pieces per item. For selected standard models, HUADA can review a 100–300-piece trial order with a correspondingly higher unit price. Approval depends on the actual item and order requirements; it is not an all-product low-MOQ offer.
A mixed order totaling USD 4,000 can be discussed. This is a negotiation threshold, not automatic approval of any assortment or quantity per SKU. List the quantity for every item and tell us which models are priorities if the combination needs adjusting.
Build a trial order that can become a repeat order
Choose a focused assortment with a clear purpose: compare board sizes, test a retail presentation or evaluate a material. Use the catalog item numbers so dimensions and product construction remain unambiguous. Standard shapes and packing can be easier to assess than several new custom designs in the same first order.
Explain your sales channel, destination and likely replenishment quantities. We can review the initial batch and the proposed repeat-order specification together. A trial quotation does not lock in the same unit price for every future volume, material or packaging change.
Compare the complete order, not only unit price
Smaller runs carry a higher unit price. Separate product cost, any sample or setup cost, retail packaging and transport when reviewing the quotation. Default packing is shrinkwrap + color paper / sleeve; a printed retail package is quoted separately.
Include a destination port or delivery address and the requested shipping basis. Freight and any destination services must be confirmed for the shipment. Agree sample timing and production lead time for the selected assortment before committing to a launch date.

HUADA is a manufacturer, not a trading company. OEM/ODM logo, dimensions and packaging options are available subject to product review and sample approval.

Is the MOQ 100 pieces for every product?
No. The regular MOQ is 500 pieces per item. Only selected standard models may be reviewed for 100–300-piece trial orders, at a higher unit price. Custom products and other models need a separate assessment.
Can I combine different products in one order?
Mixed orders totaling USD 4,000 can be discussed. Send item numbers and quantities for review; the total value does not guarantee approval of every SKU or quantity.
What should I include in a trial-order request?
Provide your item shortlist, quantity per item, market, sales channel, branding and packing requirements, and destination. State whether you need samples and your target delivery date so feasibility can be reviewed.
How are samples, payment and lead time agreed?
Sample cost and timing are confirmed after reviewing the item and any customization. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit, balance against B/L copy. Production lead time is confirmed against the approved sample, artwork, packing and order quantity.
What factory and shipping information can I review?
HUADA has 30,000+ m², 160+ workers and 20+ years of manufacturing experience. Review current FSC, amfori BSCI and ISO 14001 documents for their applicable scope. Send your destination and requested FOB or CIF basis for a shipment-specific quotation.
