Plan the first order around the product promise
Choose the board format, material and dimensions that match what you intend to sell. Confirm the sample before preparing final listing photography or making product claims. We do not promise sales performance, marketplace approval or compliance with requirements that have not been reviewed.
The regular MOQ is 500 pieces per item. Selected standard models may be considered for 100–300-piece trials at a higher unit price. A custom shape or a complex package needs its own review; a trial quantity is not automatically available for every private-label project.
Barcode and packaging details belong in the purchase brief
Supply your approved barcode artwork, label position, SKU identification and carton-label instructions. Marketplace and fulfillment requirements can change: the buyer must provide the current requirements for the intended destination and confirm the final artwork. Do not leave code allocation or account-specific labeling rules to assumption.
Default packing is shrinkwrap + color paper / sleeve. Retail packaging is quoted separately. Tell us whether the board will ship alone or inside another package, and identify any requested packing tests for separate confirmation. A visually attractive sleeve is not by itself evidence of parcel-shipping protection.
Keep replenishment specifications consistent
Retain the approved sample, drawing, artwork revision and packing specification. For a repeat order, identify the previous item and every requested change. Agree the acceptable natural color and grain range so inspection focuses on the approved specification, not an expectation of identical wood patterns.
Provide a forecast and target delivery date for review, without treating a forecast as a confirmed production slot. Ask for FOB or CIF terms as appropriate. DDP quotation support is available for review of the specific destination, shipment and service scope; duties, taxes, customs responsibilities and availability must be confirmed in the quotation.
Factory review and commercial terms
HUADA is a manufacturer, not a trading company. OEM/ODM logo, dimensions and packaging options are available subject to product review and sample approval.

Can you add our brand and barcode?
Logo, labels and barcode placement can be reviewed. Supply the approved artwork, code and current destination or fulfillment requirements; final details are agreed before production.
Can you quote DDP delivery?
Send the destination address, quantity and packing specification for a DDP quotation review. Availability, duties, taxes and delivery responsibilities must be confirmed for the shipment; DDP is not automatically included.
How do we control repeat-order consistency?
Use the approved sample, specification sheet and artwork revision as the repeat-order reference. Confirm any changes to dimensions, finish, logo or packaging in writing before production.
How are samples, payment and lead time agreed?
Sample cost and timing are confirmed after reviewing the item and any customization. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit, balance against B/L copy. Production lead time is confirmed against the approved sample, artwork, packing and order quantity.
What factory and shipping information can I review?
HUADA has 30,000+ m², 160+ workers and 20+ years of manufacturing experience. Review current FSC, amfori BSCI and ISO 14001 documents for their applicable scope. Send your destination and requested FOB or CIF basis for a shipment-specific quotation.
