Define the board before choosing the logo
Specify the material, overall length, width and thickness, then mark any handle, hanging hole, juice groove or unusual profile on your drawing. Custom shape and custom size requests are assessed for construction, finishing and packing feasibility. A catalog board is often a useful starting point when you want to change only a few details.
Bamboo and acacia have different visual characteristics. Acacia grain and color vary naturally; a photograph is a reference, not a promise that every board will look identical. Agree the acceptable appearance range and important dimensions during sample review.
Private label, laser logo and OEM packaging
Send vector logo artwork with its size, position and orientation. Review the laser result on the selected material before approving it for production. If you need a retail sleeve, barcode or printed box, provide the artwork and destination-market requirements with the product brief.
Default packing is shrinkwrap + color paper / sleeve. Retail packaging is quoted separately. Changes to board shape can affect package dimensions and carton utilization, so product and packaging approval should happen together.
From drawing to an approved sample
We first check the drawing and quantity, identify specification questions and prepare a quotation. Sample cost, any tooling requirement and sample timing are confirmed for the project. Production lead time is agreed after the design, quantity, artwork and packaging are settled; we do not publish one delivery promise for every custom board.
Keep an approved sample and specification sheet covering dimensions, appearance, logo and packing. They give both teams a shared reference for inspection and repeat orders. Tell us which details are critical to your brand rather than leaving tolerances to assumption.
Factory review and commercial terms
HUADA is a manufacturer, not a trading company. OEM/ODM logo, dimensions and packaging options are available subject to product review and sample approval.

Regular MOQ: 500 pieces per item. Selected standard models: 100–300-piece trial orders subject to review, at a higher unit price. Mixed orders totaling USD 4,000 can be discussed; approval is not automatic.
Payment: 30% deposit, balance against B/L copy. Default packing: shrinkwrap + color paper / sleeve. Retail packaging is quoted separately. Sample costs, lead time and shipping terms are confirmed for the order.

Can I request a custom shape or size?
Yes, submit a drawing or reference with dimensions, thickness, material and quantity for a feasibility review. Final construction, tooling, pricing and timing are confirmed before production.
What is the MOQ for a custom cutting board?
The regular MOQ is 500 pieces per item. Trial quantities of 100–300 apply only to selected standard models after review, at a higher unit price; they are not a blanket MOQ for custom designs.
How do I approve the logo and packaging?
Provide artwork, logo placement, barcode details and packing requirements. Confirm the sample and artwork before production. Default packing is shrinkwrap + color paper / sleeve; retail packaging is quoted separately.
How are samples, payment and lead time agreed?
Sample cost and timing are confirmed after reviewing the item and any customization. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit, balance against B/L copy. Production lead time is confirmed against the approved sample, artwork, packing and order quantity.
What factory and shipping information can I review?
HUADA has 30,000+ m², 160+ workers and 20+ years of manufacturing experience. Review current FSC, amfori BSCI and ISO 14001 documents for their applicable scope. Send your destination and requested FOB or CIF basis for a shipment-specific quotation.
