01 / Material preparation

02 / Shaping and forming
Outlines, recesses and assembled shapes follow the approved design. For custom components, provide the external dimensions, pocket or slot depth, wall thickness and fitting requirements for review.
Machining profiles, pockets and slots
Shaped wood pieces are secured on the machining bed while profiles and recesses are cut. Drawings guide the outline, depth and tool access for custom parts.
Shaping and positioning bamboo box parts
Bamboo box panels are positioned and held at the workbench so their edges and joints can be assembled.
03 / Sanding and surface preparation
Flat boards, box edges and small parts need different handling. Agree the sample appearance and the delivery stage, including whether oil or a final coating is required.

Bamboo board surfaces pass through sanding equipment to prepare them for the next assembly or finishing step.
Sanding box surfaces and edges
An operator sands the box surfaces and edges to prepare a smooth, even finish.

04 / Component assembly
Panels and accessories are fitted together to build the product. Sample checks cover the joints, moving parts and finish before production specifications are finalized.

Prepared bamboo box parts are fitted together by hand at the assembly station.
Bamboo and wood components for your product
We review custom profiles, pockets, slots, inserts and display bases from drawings or samples. Specify the material, dimensions, recess depth, fit and quantity, together with the required machining, sanding or finishing stage. This brief forms the basis for feasibility, sampling and quotation.
